Purchase Contract:

For the business relationship between the customer and hiphopzoo.one these general terms and conditions apply; taking into account the Swiss jurisdiction. With the order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. The customer is solely responsible for the item selection.

 

Shipping and prices:

As a rule, shipping is carried out by the Swiss postal service. However, we are free to handle the shipment via another service. All prices are exclusive of shipping and possible cash on delivery. All items are delivered from stock if possible. If an item is not in stock, we will wait with the shipment until the complete order has arrived or it will be delivered as soon as possible. We also make partial deliveries at our own discretion. However, partial deliveries arranged by us are free of charge. Lost deliveries do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract, but will be sent again by registered mail at our expense.

If a delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer is not found at the delivery address provided by him, although the delivery date was announced to the customer with reasonable notice or the delivery address was not specified correctly, the customer bears the cost of the unsuccessful delivery, as well as the redelivery.

 

Payment:

After the booking is made, our delivery will be made immediately. Any expenses for uncollected deliveries or returns due to incomplete or incorrect address information will be charged.

 

Returns, right of revocation and return:

The following right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (video, audio, software carriers) if you open or damage the sealed packaging. Likewise, it does not apply to washed goods (textiles). Procurement items that have been procured for you according to your specifications are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

The return of items with demonstrable production defects will be accepted, provided that the defects are reported within 10 days of receipt by letter or e-mail. Returns without a "return number" cannot be accepted. Exchanges or returns due to "dislike" are excluded.

 

Notes on return shipments:

Returns must be properly stamped. Please note: We refuse to accept shipments sent freight collect. For courier shipments and other irregular shipping methods, we can in no case assume costs that exceed the postal shipping costs. The goods delivered by us remain the property of hiphopzoo.one until all our claims have been fulfilled, regardless of the legal reason. 

 

Withdrawal:

By the order a sales contract has come about which is definite. Provided that there are no long-term delivery problems, it can neither be changed nor canceled. If we nevertheless agree to a change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of CHF 30,- .

 

Liability:

hiphopzoo.one assumes no liability for any damage caused by the use of the purchased products, especially in the case of improper use, use contrary to the rules and laws.

 

Data protection and final provisions:

We do pass data to third parties; customer data is treated with absolute confidentiality. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.

 

Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
