On Sunday, 01.11.26, Rene El Khazraje – better known as MC Rene – joins us at Werk 21 for a special edition of LMNzh Jam. As part of his 2026 reading tour, he will present Die ungestellte Antwort.
MC Rene is one of the pioneering figures of German-language Hip Hop. Since the early 1990s, he has represented freestyle, storytelling and an independent voice within the culture. As a rapper, author and storyteller, he combines personal experiences and observations with humour, self-reflection and his distinctive perspective on Hip Hop and life.
The reading begins at 18:00 and is included in the regular LMNzh Jam admission of CHF 10.–.
From 17:00 to 20:00, Werk 21 belongs to the community. As always, the monthly LMNzh Jam brings together rap, dance, graffiti, beatboxing, DJing and knowledge, creating a space for open cyphers, exchange and the interaction of all elements.
Following the jam, one of New York’s most respected East Coast Hip Hop lyricists takes the stage: Cormega will perform live from 20:00. Those who want to experience the entire evening, including the Cormega show, can purchase a limited combo ticket for CHF 25.–.
